摘要
采用SCR技术和在线固溶处理方法制备了直径为4.8mm的6201铝合金导电线材,研究了该线材及其冷拔的直径3.0mm线材的微观组织、力学性能和导电性能.结果表明:线材的组织由Al基体、针状强化相的β″(Mg2Si)和片状Si组成,低倍组织为等轴晶,线材的拉伸强度随着时效时间的延长出现先升后降的趋势,伸长率和电阻率则呈现下降的趋势,其变化趋势随着时效温度的提高而加剧;T6态线材的综合性能达到CHTA工艺指标;冷加工可显著提高合金线材的强度,适当的时效可降低其电阻率.
6201 aluminum alloy wires were prepared by SCR process and on-line solution, and the microstructures and properties of wires were investigated. The results show that the graphics of T6 treated are composed of Al-matrix, acicular hardening β″ (Mg2Si) and slice Si. The microstructures of the wires are equiaxed grains, and the wires tensile strengths first increase but then decrease with the aging time prolonging, while the elongation and resistivity decrease, meanwhile, their changing tendencies become sharp with increasing the aging temperature. Properties of T6-treated wires achieve that of CHTA process, and the tensile strength of the wires can be improved obviously by cold drawing, while the increased resistivity can be reduced by a suitable aging process.
