Primer Study on the Enterprise Management Tools Innovation under the Sustainable Development Strategy

分析了在可持续发展战略日益深入人心的背景下,企业生产经营管理所面临的外部环境的变化,这种经营环境的变化使企业经营管理思想也相应地发生了变化。这种变化相应地要求企业对其管理工具之一的业绩评价进行创新,将环境业绩纳入企业的业绩评价体系当中。为此,提出了将生态效率概念应用于企业的环境业绩评价,并对此作了初步探索。

<Abstrcat>This paper analyses the change of exterior surroundings which enterprise are confronted with in the sustainable development strategy,and the change of their management thinking.Correspondingly,these changed thinking asked enterprise to innovate the performance evaluation,which is generally regarded as one kind of management tools,and bring the environmental performance into the performance evaluation.So this paper bring forward applying the eco-efficiency in the enterprise environmental performance evaluation,and make primer researches on it.
