保护森林生态系统防止水土流失

Developing Economic Forests Scientifically to Protect Forests

山区物种越复杂,森林生态功能越强,生态系统越稳定,越容易涵养水源,防止水土流失,而单纯的经济林是一种不稳定的生态系统,水土保持能力差,自然修复能力也差,潜藏隐患.目前蓬勃发展的经济林和速生丰产林正在造成新的水土流失和导致山区生态系统退化,因此必须采取有效的措施,切实保护好森林和生态公益林,防止新增水土流失.

In a mountainous area,the more diverse the species are, the more powerful its forest eco_function is, the more stable its eco_system will be, and thus, it is easier to conserve water resources to prevent soil erosion. Purely economic_forest ecosystem is not stable and has a weak ability to conserve its water and soil,less able to restore itself automatically.What's more, it hides troubles. At present,economic forests and rapidly_grown and highly_yielded forests which are developing vigorously are a new cause to soil erosion and the degeneration of a mountain (ecosystem). For the sake of preventing soil erosion,effective measures must be taken to protect forests and those with ecological public good.
