摘要
对大豆磷脂的国内外研究现状进行了介绍,分析了我国大豆磷脂生产中存在的问题,提出了进一步需要研究和解决的问题。
In this paper, current situation of soybean phospholipid was discussed. The problem of the soybean phospholipid production in our country was analyzed. The prospect and problems in the future were indicated that existing.
