螺内酯对兔髂动脉球囊损伤后血管重塑的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的揭示螺内酯对损伤的动脉血管壁血管重塑的影响。方法随机将20只雄性新西兰大白兔分为两组,构建兔髂动脉的球囊损伤模型。术后对照组只喂标准兔饲料,实验组喂标准兔饲料+螺内酯20mg·Kg-1·d-1研磨稀释后经口灌胃。术后4周,活体取损伤的动脉组织。制作常规病理切片,采用天地公司TD2000病理图像分析系统测定血管重塑的各项指标。结果实验组内弹力膜下面积、外弹力膜下面积较对照组增大(P<0.05)。实验组残余管腔面积、面积狭窄率较对照组有非常显著性差异(P<0.001)。两组中膜面积无显著性差异。结论螺内酯可改善兔髂动脉球囊损伤后血管重塑。 Objective To explore the effect of spironolactone on vascular remodeling of injuried rabbit artery. Methods 20 male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into two groups. The rabbit models of iliac artery angioplasty were set up by BC. After injury, control group was fed with standard forage, and experimental group was fed with standard forage and spironolactone(20mg·kg~ -1·d~ -1). The rabbits were killed four weeks after injury. The injuried segments of iliac artery were removed, and processed for histological and morphological analysis by imumohistochemistry and TD 2000 analysis system of pathology image. Results AUIEM and AUEEM in the experimental group significantly increased as compared with the control group(P<0.05). There was a very significant difference in the residual cavity areas and ratios of stenosis between the two groups(P<0.001).There is no significant difference in areas of arterial media between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Spironolactone could improve vascular remodeling after angioploasty of iliac artery in rabbits.
