摘要 目的研究整合素β1在原发性肝细胞癌中的表达及其意义,探讨整合素β1与肝癌浸润、转移和复发的关系,为肝癌的防治提供实验依据。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测38例肝癌、8例门脉高压症肝硬化和7例正常肝组织中整合素β1的表达情况,并结合临床病理指标进行分析。结果整合素β1在肝癌中的表达阳性率明显高于肝硬化和正常肝脏组织(P<0.05);整合素β1在有包膜侵犯组、病理分级III-IV组及有转移HCC中的表达明显高于无包膜侵犯组(P<0.05)、病理分级I-II级组(P<0.05)以及无转移HCC组(P<0.05)。结论整合素β1在肝癌组织中的表达上调与肝癌病理分期及是否有转移相关,提示整合素β1与肝癌的侵袭性和转移有关,检测其表达有助于判断肝癌的恶性程度和转移性。 Objective To study the expression of integrin β1 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its significance. Methods Integrin β1 expression was detected in 38 cases of HCC, 8 cases of hepatic cirrhosis (HC) and 7 cases of normal liver tissues(NL) using immunohistochemical SP method. The relationship between the integrin β1 expression and HCC clinico-pathological features was analyzed. Results The positive rate of integrin β1 expression in the HCC was much higher than that in the HC and NL tissues (P<0.05). The overexpression of integrin β1 in the HCC was related to the tumor envelope invasion(P<0.05), Edmondson grades (P<0.05) and tumor metastasis (P<0.05). Conclusion Integrin β1 may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of HCC, and be helpful for evaluating the malignant degree and metastasis of HCC.
