非特异性肉芽肿性前列腺炎15例误诊分析

摘要
为分析非特异性肉芽肿性前列腺炎误诊的原因及教训,提高认识水平,减少误诊的发生。本文对15例误诊的非特异性肉芽肿性前列腺炎病例进行回顾性分析。结果15例患者经前列腺穿刺活检诊断为非特异性肉芽肿性前列腺炎。故非特异性肉芽肿性前列腺炎临床少见,易与前列腺癌混淆,应引起重视。确诊依靠病理检查。
