摘要
吸附于几丁质微粒的EITor弧菌与非01群霍乱弧菌,不但具有繁殖能力,而且在加温65~75℃作用60~160s或在38~15mg/L有效氯作用10min下仍有部分残存;不含几丁质的对照组在相同温度中无一生存,在相同有效氯作用下极少残存。本研究为控制由甲壳类海产品传播霍乱的措施提供了参考数据。

Tor Vibrio cholerae and non一01 V. cholerae absorbed onto chitin particles could not only mul-tiply
in vitro, but also could partly survive with heating at 65一75℃ for 60一160 sec(7/40) or With 3.8一
15 ppm of effective chlorine for 10 min(24/29).None of those unabsorbed onto chitin could sur-vive
at the above temperature,and only very few of those could survive with the abOve concentration of
effective chlorine. These findings are conducive to the control of cholera transmission caused by
the crustacean contaminated with chitin.
