血清β─胡萝卜素与肺癌关系的病例对照研究

A Case─control Study of Scrum β─carotene and Lung Cancer

通过１：２配比病例对照研究，采用条件Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ回归模型等统计分析技术，研究了武汉地区肺癌患者及两类不同对照的血清β─胡萝卜素水平与肺癌发病的关系。结果表明，血清β─胡萝卜素水平愈低，肺癌发病危险性愈高。提示增加β─胡萝卜素膳食摄入，提高血清β─胡萝卜素水平，有可能降低肺癌发病的危险性。

1: 2 matched case-control study was conducted in Wuhan area with conditional logistic regression model to study the relationship between occurrence of primary lung cancer and serum levels of β-carotene. The results showed the lower the serum levels of β─carotene,the higher the risk of lung caneer.It suggested the increase of serum β-carotene with dietary intake could lower the risk of lung cancer.
