摘要
阐述了“物流银行”业务的发展由来和具体的定义,分析了物流银行业务与传统的固定资产抵押银行贷款、现有的动产质押业务的区别和联系,以及此项业务的开展对于参与三方的作用,初步探讨了物流银行作为一项新兴的银行业务,银行、贷款方、物流企业所面临的问题和解决的方法。
On the basis of analyzing the difference and connection among logistics bank business, traditional fixed assets mortgage loan and existing movables mortgage, the paper discusses the problems and solution brought by logistics bank towards the bank, the credit and logistics enterprises.
