结合VMI的基本运作原则、目标、重要性,对其在A公司生产物流的具体应用中的运作效果和不足之处进行了分析,并分析得出VMI在A公司的运作方式应选择自营,而非外包的结论。
According to the basic operating principle, object and importance of VMI, the paper analyzes the implementing effectiveness and related shortcomings of VMI in production logistics in Company A and considers that Company A should select self-support operating mode, and not outsourcing one.
