摘要
目的为大败毒胶囊质量控制提供新方法。方法色谱柱为DikmaC18(150mm×4.6mm5μm),甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸(85:3:20)为流动相,流速为0.8mL·min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为254nm。结果线性范围:大黄素和大黄酚分别为0.967-9.67μg·mL-1和2.152-21.52μg·mL-1,相关系数r分别为0.9994和0.9992,回收率为95.1%和94.5%,RSD为1.76%和1.81%。结论本方法简便、可靠、重现性好,能起到控制大败毒胶囊质量的作用。
Objective To develop an effective quality control method for Dabaidu Capsules. Method Emodin and Chrysophanol in Dabaidu Capsules was determined by RP-HPLC, using Dikma C18(150 mm×4. 6 mm 5 μm) column, Methanol-acetonitrile-0. 1%phosphoric acid (85:3:20) as mobile phase and UV detector at 254 nm. The flow rate was 0. 8 mL·min-1. Results The linearity range of Emodin and Chrysophanol was 0. 967-9. 67μg mL-1 and 2. 152-21. 52μg. mL-1 respectively, the average recovery of Emodin was 95.1% with RSD 1. 76% ;and that of Chrysophanol was 94. 5%with RSD 1. 81%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, accurate and repreatable. It can be used for determination of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Dabaidu Capsules.
