民国学者对职业补习教育的理论研究

On the Vocational Education Research of the Scholars in the Republic of China

该文在简要介绍民国时期职业补习教育研究著作的出版情况之后,对民国学者对职业补习教育的研究成果进行梳理,认为他们的研究主要集中在三个方面,1。职业补习教育是一种怎样的教育,为什么要办理职业补习教育;2、如何设置并组织职业补习教育的教育教学;3、职业补习教育采取哪种入学制度,如何加强与职业界之联络,他们丰富的理论见解对今天的教育发展有重要的历史启示。

This paper analyzes the vocational education research of the scholars in the Republic of China. Their study mainly concentrated on the following three aspects: 1.what was the vocational education? And why the vocational education should be operated? 2.how to plan and organize the teaching? 3.what kind of school system should be adopted? And how to strengthen the ties with vocational world?. Their theory on vocational education can give us a great deal of enlightenment and help to develop today's education.
