Pre-hardening of Heavy Die Block of 3Cr2MnNiMo Steel

本文试验研究了八种淬火冷却方式和四种回火工艺对3Cr2MnNiMo钢预硬化处理后的硬度的影响,在所得的试验数据的基础上,分析估计了3Cr2MnNiMo钢大模块硬化后的表心硬度差,该差值与工业生产结果大致相吻合。

The effect of eight types of quenching process and four types of tempering on hardness of pre-hardened 3Cr2MnNiMo steel has been researched, Hardness difference between surface and core of pre-hardened heavy die block of 3Cr2MnNiMo steel has been analysed and estimated on the basis of obtained test data.
