摘要
从热处理工艺和工件结构等方面分析了25Cr2Ni4WA钢制液压凿岩机钎尾的弯曲变形原因,并通过对比试验,针对导致变形的因素,采取了改进措施,使钎尾的热处理变形得到有效控制,废品率大大降低。
The cause for bending deformation of the drill-rod end made of 25Cr2Ni4WA stell for hydraulic borer have been analyzed in respect of heat treatment process and the part design. With the aid of contrast test the measures to reduce the distortion were adopted, and as a result the distoprtion amount of the drill-rod end was effectively controlled, with the rate of finished products raised considerably.
