碘化壳聚糖的制备及其抗菌活性的研究

目的制备碘化壳聚糖并对其抗菌活性进行研究。方法成盐法制备碘化壳聚糖,倾注法测定碘化壳聚糖的抗菌活性,并进行急性毒性试验。结果制备出碘化壳聚糖,其对所测的几种菌种均有明显的抗菌作用。结论碘化壳聚糖在杀菌方面具有较好的应用前景。

Purpose To prepare chitosan iodide by chemical treatment of chitosan with potassium iodide and to investigate its antibacterial activity on some kinds of germs. Methods Preparing the chitosan iodide by salification, and determining its antibacterial activity by tilt-pour process. Results The target material successfully is obtained.Chitosan iodide has obvious antibacterial activity on germs we experimented. Conclusion Chitosan iodide can be applied to antibacterial fields hopefully.
