玻璃酸钠在膝骨关节病的临床应用 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察玻璃酸钠关节内注射结合痛点封闭治疗膝关节骨关节病(OA)的疗效和意义。方法随机对30例膝OA患者,行玻璃酸钠关节内注射结合关节周围痛点封闭,观察治疗前后变化。结果治疗后症状、体征、功能活动明显改善,优良率为83.33%,有效率为96.67%。结论关节内注射玻璃酸钠结合关节周围病点封闭,疗效好、见效快而持久,是治疗膝OA行之有效的方法。
