摘要
针对在生产工艺发生变化的条件下,如何调节泵站所有机组的运行,实时地控制泵站机组的转速,实现泵站水泵组合方案和调速策略的优化的问题,通过对泵站机组能耗控制系统的数学描述,采用最小二乘法的方法对系统参数进行在线计算,提出一种整个机组节能的优化控制算法.
In order to solve the problem of how to adjust the operation of all units of the pump station, to control the speed of pumps on time during manufacture procedure and to optimize the pumps combination and adjusting-speed strategy, the authors build a mathematic model of pumps operation control system, adopt the method of system identification to calculate system parameters on-line, and bring forward a optimal control arithmetic for energy saving. The data analysis of performance indicates that the arithmetic can save energy in pump station obviously and also has good performance of equipment maintenance, thus it is of higher engineering application value.
