摘要
从动力学角度对煤泥水的絮凝过程进行了理论分析,建立了“同向絮凝”和“差速沉降絮凝”速度数学模型,根据模型计算出了煤泥颗粒减少的半衰期.由此得出,絮凝条件影响絮凝速度,选择合适的速度梯度有利于煤泥水絮凝.另外,颗粒大小、絮凝剂的性能和用量等因素都会影响絮凝速度.
Analyzed the flocculation process from the standpoint of dynamics, velocity models of cocurrent flocculation and different velocity settling flocculation were established. Moreover, the half-life of decreasing particles in coal slime was calculated according to the models. The results show that flocculating velocity is effected by the flocculation conditions such as the size of particles, the property and amount of flocculating agent. A proper velocity gradient of particles is also important to increase flocculating velocity.
