摘要
对BD型矿用对旋轴流式主通风机机壳主要部件———机座———建立了有限元分析模型,计算分析表明,该型通风机机壳强度和刚度富余度过大.通过有限元分析,优化了机座结构,在保证性能的前提下,减小了钢板的厚度,机座质量减轻了25.4%.同时,指出了该方法在同类产品中应用的可能性.
A finite element method pattern was instituted for machine base of BD series contrarotating axial fan for mine ventilation. The calculation indicated that this fan has too much intensity and severity of the casing.The structure of machine base was optimized by finite element method. Based on guaranteeing performance, the thickness of nickelclad was reduced, the weight of machine base was decreased by 25.4%. Meanwhile, this method possessed the application possibility in the same products.
