ABB公司生产的UNITROL5000自并励系统在广东国华粤电台山发电有限公司一期工程600MW机组的使用,是该产品在广东省内的首次应用实例。对励磁系统在调试、运行中发现的问题进行分析,并提出了相应的解决方案。机组调试及运行情况表明,该系统能够满足国产600MW机组运行的要求。

The use of UNITROL5000 self-shunt excitation system made by ABB in the 600 MW units of Phase-Ⅰ project of Guangdong Guohua Yudean Taishan Power Co., Ltd. is the first application case of this product in Guangdong. This paper analyzes the problems of the excitation system during the commissioning and running, and puts forward corresponding solution. The commissioning and operation of the units show that the system can meet the operation requirements of domestic 600 MW units.
