恒运电厂7号机组凝结水泵推力轴承磨损的分析与对策

摘要 对恒运电厂7号机组凝结水泵推力轴承中的重要部件的磨损、变形以及由此而引发的润滑、调整问题进行综合分析。得出结果:推力瓦、镜板磨损变形与其检修质量、调整、润滑、运行工况密切相关。为此,提出一些综合治理的方法和措施,如提高推力瓦、镜板检修质量;改善润滑性能,改善冷却器冷却效果,降低油温等以提高设备健康水平,保证设备的运行稳定性和可靠性。 This paper comprehensively analyzes the abrasion and distortion of important parts of condensate pump thrust bearings of Unit 7 in Hengyun Power Plant together with the ensuing lubrication and regulation problems. It is concluded that the abrasion and distortion of the thrust bearings and the specular board have close connection with their overhaul quality, regulation, lubrication and working condition. Some countermeasures are presented to ensure the operation stability and reliability of equipments, which include enhancing overhaul quality of the thrust bearings and the specular board, improving performance of lubrication and cooling effects, lowering oil temperature, etc.
