In view of the practical situation of the rush-repairing project of Tower N19 of 220 kV Dongda A, B transmission line, this paper describes the basic way to control the schedule, expounding the methods of appending cement accelerant to shorten the maintenance period for the tower foundation and renovating the foundation design and construction to quicken the foundation construction. Practice proves that the methods are feasible and efficient.
