Design and Realization of Agile Autonomy Manufacturing System

分析了敏捷制造技术的研究现状,针对深圳职业技术学院现代设计制造中心分布式异构制造资源,设计了敏捷化自治制造系统的结构和软件。阐述了该模型局域网的建立和网络数据库的结构,介绍了敏捷制造系统软件的组成和信息流程,并给出了现场调试的结果。

The paper begins with an analysis of the current research on agile manufacturing technology, and after a study of the present distributed heterogeneous equipments in the training center of Shenzhen Polytechnic, designed the system software that realizes agile autonomy manufacturing. The author also describes how to set up the network database in a LAN, and explains the structure of the system software and its information flow. At the end of the paper, debugging result is presented.
