三种药物对文蛤的急性毒性研究

Toxicity of Three Medicines to Meretrix Linnaeus

对文蛤进行了溴氯海因、二氧化氯和茶粕3种水产养殖常用药物的毒性试验,结果表明:溴氯海因、二氧化氯和茶粕对文蛤的安全浓度分别为5.7mg/L、2.3mg/L、6.2mg/L。溴氯海因和二氧化氯对文蛤的安全浓度高于其治疗浓度,对文蛤是较安全的水产药品。茶粕的安全浓度低于其使用浓度,不宜用于养有文蛤的塘中。

The toxic experiment of three usual medicines(bromochlorohydantoin, Chlorine Dioxide, Tea seed cake power) on Meretrix Linnaeus was investigated. The results showed that the safety concentration of three practical fish medicines in the same order, was 6.2mg/L, 5.7mg/L, 2.3mg/L . Among the three medicines, the safe concentration of bromochlorohydantoin and Chlorine dioxide were higher than the concentration for cure, and they are two perfect medicines for Meretrix Linnaeus ;the safety concentration of Tea seed cake power was lower than the concentration of cure, so tea seed cake power shouldn't be used to Meretrix Linnaeus.
