摘要
目的:探讨人胎儿味腺发育与一氧化氮合酶(NOS)阳性表达的规律。方法:用NADPHd组织化学法对人多组胎龄胎儿味腺NOS阳性表达进行观察。结果:胎4月初,舌上皮组织呈较强的NOS阳性反应,在轮廓乳头环沟处,上皮基底细胞向深部组织增生,形成许多上皮细胞条索,细胞条索NOS阳性反应随胎龄增加而增强,上皮条索生长迅速,向深部肌肉组织不断增长发支,分支的末端膨大成腺泡,起初腺泡数目较少,NOS阳性反应较弱。随着胎龄的增加,腺泡数目增多,NOS阳性反应逐渐增强,至胎6月时达到高峰。胎7~9月时,味腺导管增粗,腺泡体明显增大,接近成熟状态,NOS反应呈强阳性。胎10月时,味腺导管和腺泡细胞NOS阳性反应减弱。结论:胎儿味腺发育与NOS阳性表达密切相关。
Objective: To explore the expression of nitric oxide synthase (NOS) in the embryological development and its positive expression in the taste glands of human fetus. Methods: The positive expression of NOS in the taste glands of human fetus was observed by using histochemical method of NADPH-diaphorase. Results: At the fourth month of gestation, stronger positive reaction of NOS appeared in the epithelial tissue of tongue. In the circular furrow of the vallate papillae, the basal cells of the epithelial tissue proliferated and penetrated into the deep tissue, forming many funiculi of the epithelial cells. With the fetal age increasing, the funiculi extended rapidly to the deep muscle tissue, lengthened continually, and branched, accompanying the enlargment of the terminal end and forming acini. During this period, the number of acini was small and the positive reaction of NOS was weak. With the fetal age increasing, the number of the acini increased and the staining intensity of NOS increased gradually and reached its peak at the sixth month. During the seventh to ninth month, the ducts of the taste gland became thick and the acinus enlarged obviously. Before the mature of taste gland, the reaction of NOS maintained strong positive expression. At the tenth month, the positive reaction of NOS became weak both in the ducts and acini of the taste gland. Conclusion: Development of the taste gland is closely correlated with the positive expression of NOS in the human fetus.
