摘要
目的对防风药材进行质量标准提高研究。方法TLC法检定防风药材中5个色原酮类成分,HPLC法测定防风中4个主要有效成分的含量。结果防风药材中可同时鉴定出防风色原酮Ⅰ葡萄糖苷、防风色原酮Ⅱ葡萄糖苷、防风色原酮Ⅲ葡萄糖苷、防风色原酮Ⅰ和防风色原酮Ⅱ。结论防风药材中含防风色原酮Ⅰ葡萄糖苷不得少于0.11%,防风色原酮Ⅱ葡萄糖苷不得少于0.11%,防风色原酮Ⅰ不得少于0.01%和防风色原酮Ⅲ葡萄糖苷不得少于0.02%,4种成分的总量不得少于0.40%。
Objective To study on a quality specification standard of Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk. Methods TLC was used to detect 5 chromone elements and HPLC was used to detect 4 main effective components of Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk. Result Prim-O-glucosylcimifugin, 4`-O-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol, sec-o-glucosylhamaudol, cimifugin and 5-O-methylvisamminol were determined at the same time. Conclusion In Saposhnikovia divaricata (Turcz.) Schischk the contents of Prim-O-glucosylvimifugin, 4`-O-β-D-glucosyl-5-O-methylvisamminol, cimifugin, sec-o-glucosylhamaudol should not be lower than 0.11%, 0.11%, 0.01%, 0.02% respectively and the total 4 components should not be lower than 0.4%.
