摘要
研究了热处理对9Cr13Ni6Co5Be钢组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,9Cr13Ni6Co5Be钢经1020℃淬火,马氏体转变较充分,该钢可获得较高的硬度;350℃以下回火材料的硬度变化不明显,在470℃左右回火,组织中共格析出的金属间化合物Be2Fe,是硬度出现峰值的主要原因。
The effect of heat treatment on microstructure and hardness of 9Cr13Ni6Co5Be steel was studied. The results showed that the highest hardness was gained on quenching at 1020°C. The hardness has unconspicuous change after tempering under 350°C. Tempering at about 470°C the formation of finely dispersed Be2Fe phase which coherent with the matrix was responsible to the peak of hardness of steel.
