摘要
日本是一个多山之国,人口众多,资源匮乏,地质条件脆弱,假若稍不经意,就有可能陷入森林荒废、生态环境恶化的危险境地。该文从日本的自然条件、管理体制、技术条件、社会因素、造林知识的普及推广、生态意识及森林宗教等方面,对日本森林不仅没有陷入生境恶化、无法挽回的严重局面,反而得以保全并延续至今的历史原因进行了综合分析。文章对我国林业实现可持续发展,具有一定的借鉴意义。
Japan is a country with many hills,dense population, scarce resources and vulnerable geographical conditions.If the protection of ecology had been slightly neglected,the country might be trapped into the crisis of forest devastation and the ecosystem deterioration.The paper,from the perspectives of (Japan's) geology,climate condition,managerial system,technical specifications,social factors,the apread of silviculture knowledge,ecological consciousness,and forest religion, analyzes comprehensively the historical causes of Japanese forest protection and sustainable development instead of falling into the serious crisis of ecosystem deterioration that can hardly reverted.The paper holds that the Japan's experience is of positive significance for the sustainable forestry development in China.
