摘要 针对传统膜片钳系统在检测快速膜电位方面的局限性,提出一种新的膜片钳工作模式———电压钳控制的电流钳模式,并对这一工作模式的电路原理和设计做了详细介绍。电路测试结果表明,该工作模式能够在保持一定的稳态膜电位的同时,实现对细胞膜的电流钳位,并且检测出膜电位的快速变化成分,另外也具有快电容补偿的功能。技术参数能够满足电生理实验的需要。 In this paper, a new kind of operating mode of Patch-Clamp: Voltage-clamp-controlled current-clamp(VCcCC) is introduced. The principle of this technology and the method of the circuit design is described. The test of the circuit show that VCcCC can provide all kinds of anticipative function and this system can meet the need of research of electro-physiology. [
