摘要
介绍了采用磁敏性颗粒为床层介质的磁场流化床的基本原理和特性,及其在固定化生物反应器,生物分离,以及细胞培养等生物工程领域的应用过程,并分析了该技术在生物工程领域的发展前景。
In this paper we Review the theory and characteristics of magnetically fluidized bed(MFB)which is filled with magnetically susceptible particles as bed matrix.The application of MFB such as immobilized bioreactors,bioseperations,culture of cells in bioengineering is introduced and the prospects for using of MFB in bioengineering and biotechnology are discussed.
