职业教育督导具有不同于基础教育督导的特征.从当前我国职业教育发展的实际来看,我国职业教育督导工作具有督导作用上以"督"为主、督导对象上以"督政"为主、督导队伍组成上以管理行家为主、督导标准上统一与灵活结合、督导形式上以专项督导为主的特征.提高职业教育督导成效的关键在于督导标准、督导内容的选择.

Vocational supervision is different in character from elementary educational supervision,it has its characters,i.e. mainly lies on 'inspection function'policy supervision,mangement experts,flexible standard and special item.In order to get good outcome we must make good choice on supervisory standard and content.
