我国职教师资培养存在的问题及对策 被引量:2

摘要 我国职教师资分为专职教师和兼职教师两类.专职教师主要由大中专院校培养,兼职教师中一部分来自大中专院校,一部分由工矿企业调入.从当前职教师资培养状况来看,主要存在知识结构单一、教师观念落后、实践能力不足、兼职教师短缺、激励机制缺乏等问题.加强职教师资队伍建设,应突出"两化",规范培养途径;强调"双证",实行聘任制度;强化终身学习,实行培训制度;坚持"能力本位",实行激励制度. Vocational teachers can be divided into two kinds,one is full-time teachers,the other is part-time teachers.Full-time teachers are trained by universities and colleges.Some of part-time teachers graduated from universities and colleges,and some came from industrial and mining enterprises.There are many problems in our vocational teacher training.In order to strengthen vocational teacher training we should standard training methods,implement engagement system,training system;and incentive system.
