摘要
学分制管理模式与传统的学年制管理模式相比有诸多优势,能有效地保证学生学习的主体地位.实施学分制管理,必须注意加强师资队伍建设,注意学生基础知识、基本技能的学习,还要注意在追求卓越的同时容忍缺陷.
The credit system has many advantages in comparision with traditional school-year system,such as ensuring students' subjects effectively.If we implement the credit system,we must pay attention to the making up of teacher team and students' study of basic knowlege and skill,and so on.
