大学生就业难的营销学思考

摘要 大学生就业难是高等教育进入大众化阶段的必然产物.从营销学角度分析,化解大学生就业难题需要大学生降低期望值;需要大学生借鉴"SIP营销"理论进行合理的职业规划;需要高校以市场为导向,生产满足社会需求的"产品";需要开展"共生营销",帮助大学生成功就业. The employment difficulty of university student is inevitable outcome that higher education enters the popularize stage.From the marketing angle,it is necessary to solve the problem that university student should lower the expectation;draw lessons from marketing theory of STP to carry on the reasonable occupation programming;higher schools should take market as the direction,produce the products that meet social demands should carry out symbiosis marketing to help university student succeed.
