Study on Chemical Constituents of Anoectochilus roxburghii(Ⅲ)

从福建金线莲(Anoectochilusroxburghii)乙醇提取物的己烷萃取部分分得3个化合物和一甾体混合物,三个化合物结构分别鉴定为Sorghumol(1),木栓酮(2)和棕榈酸(3),甾体混合物经EIMS、ESIMS/MS技术确定含有24异丙烯基胆甾醇、开唇兰甾醇、β谷甾醇、豆甾醇和菜油甾醇。所有化合物均为该植物首次报道,其中化合物1为首次从兰科植物中分得,并首次对其光谱数据进行了详细的分析,化合物2为从该属植物中首次分得。

From the n-hexane soluble fraction of the ethanol extracts of Anoectochilus roxburghii, sorghumol (1),friedelin (2),palmitic acid (3) and a mixture of sterols were isolated from the plant for the first time.The mixture consists of 24ξ-isopropenylcholesterol,26-methylstigmasta-5,22,25,(27) trien-3β-ol,sitosterol,stigmasterol and campesterol determined by EI-MS and ESI-MS/MS spectra.Sorghumol (1) was isolated from Orchidaceae for the first time,and its NMR data were assigned by HMBC and HMQC experiments.Friedelin (2) was isolated from this genus for the first time.
