摘要
从黄花倒水莲(PolygalaaureocaudaDunn.)根中分离得到七个化合物,经理化和光谱分析鉴定为豆甾-7,(反)22-二烯3醇(1)、豆甾7,(反)22-二烯3酮(2)、1,8-二羟基-3,7-二甲氧基口山酮(3)、软脂酸单甘油酯(4)和3O[4O(αL吡喃鼠李糖)阿魏酰]βD呋喃果糖(2→1)(4,6-二O-苯甲酰)αD吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、1OβD吡喃葡萄糖(2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2′R)2′羟基棕榈酰胺]8十八烯1,3,4三醇(6)和1OβD吡喃葡萄糖(2S,3S,4R,8E)2[(2′R)2′羟基二十四烷酰胺]8十八烯-1,3,4-三醇(7)。化合物2~4、7为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Seven compounds were isolated from the roots of Polygala aureocauda Dunn..On the basis of spectroscopic evidence,their structures were identified as 24-ethyl-7,(E)22-cholestadien-3-ol(1),24-ethyl-7,(E)22-cholestadien-3-one(2),1,8-dihydroxy-2,7-dimethoxyxanthone(3),n-hexadecane acid monoglyceride(4), 3-O-[4-O-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-feruloyl]-β-D- fructofuranosyl-(2→1)-(4,6-di-O-benzoyl)-α-D-glucopyranoside(5),1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- (2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2′R)-2′-hydroxypalmitoyl-amino]-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol(6),and 1-O-β-D- glucopyranosyl-(2S,3S,4R,8E)-2-[(2′R)-2′-hydroxytetra-cosanamino]-8-octadecene-1,3,4-triol (7).Compounds 2~4 and 7 were isolated from P.aureocauda for the first time.
