摘要
本文对采自中国南海西沙群岛永兴岛的软骨凹顶藻的代谢产物进行了研究,从乙醇浸提物的乙酸乙酯相分离得到了三种单体化合物,经波谱技术分析确定其结构分别为:胆甾4烯3β,6β二醇(1),豆甾5,22二烯3OβD吡喃葡萄糖甙(2),(2S,3S,4R,2′R)2(2′羟基二十四碳酰氨基)十八碳1,3,4三醇(3),这三种化合物均是首次从该藻中分离得到的。
Three compounds have been isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of EtOH extracts of the alga Laurencia cartilaginea collected from South China Sea,and their structures were identified as: cholest-4-ene-3β,6β-diol(1),stigmast-5,22-dien-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2) and (2S,3S,4R,2′R)-2-(2′-hydroxytetracosanoylamino) octadecane-1,3,4-triol(3) by means of spectroscopy.All compounds were isolated from this alga for the first time.
