Starting from the international economic situation and the world economic pattern , the article expound and prove to the fullest extent the necessities and possibilities of grasping the advantageous condition to accomplish the striding over of our econ omic development in the critical period of strategic opportunity in the early years of the 21 century , by basing upon our national conditions and applying the world outlook and methodology of the dialectical materialism . It both thinks highly of the actual comparison laterally and pays attention to the historical analysis vertically . The author’s will is to offer some suggestions for us to make economic policies .
