摘要 师生关系在儿童社会化过程中具有十分重要的作用,如何培养良好师生关系已成为学生社会性发展和规范教育的重要课题。培养良好的师生关系必须针对师生关系不良的原因,寻找建立良好师生关系的途径和策略。
