The introduction of high caliber, and creative talents is, on the one hand, a key strategy of setting up a teaching and R&D team in higher institutions, and the same is true to the reinforcing by means of tanlents. Therefore, combining the specific aim of the strategy and the new demands for talents, the colleges and universities of Gansu province should clearly recognize the important role they play in the implementation of reinforcing province strategy, carry out well the new tasks and bring their initiatives into full play to make their contributions to the historic mission.
