对独立学院学生工作管理体系构建的几点思考

Reflections on the construction of the managerial system for the student work in independent colleges

结合独立学院自身的特点,从独立学院学生工作体系构建的背景分析出发,对体系构建中需把握的服务、教育、管理、指导等四个层面分别展开阐释,指出了体系构建过程中需要重点突出和完善的要点,以期为民办独立学院的发展提供参考。

This paper focuses on and explains the four aspects of the chosen topic,namely, service, education, management and guidance respectively in order to construct the management system based on the characteristics of independent college and the analyses of the background to set up a student work system. The paper then puts for th some key points to be stressed on and perfected in the process of construction so as to offer some reference for the further development of the independent colleges.
