阔筋膜张肌及其血管和神经的显微外科解剖学研究

Study on Microscopical Anatmy of Tensor Fasciae Latae and Blood Vessel and Nerve

目的为临床应用阔筋膜张肌带蒂肌皮瓣移植提供形态学基础。方法对40例经股动脉灌注红色乳胶成人下肢标本就阔筋膜张肌及其血管和神经进行解剖和测量。结果阔筋膜张肌主要营养动脉来自旋股外侧动脉,其神经为臀上神经下支的一个分支。结论阔筋膜张肌是一块可游离移植用的较好供体。

Objective To study morphology in the application of transplanting tensor fasciae latae. Methods 40 lower limbs specimens with red latex pouring into femoral artery were dissected to observe the tensor fasciae and its blood vessel and nerve. Results The main nutrient blood vessel s origin of tensor fasciae latae is circumflexa femoris laterails, Its nerve was one of the branches of glutens superior's lower branch. Conclusion Tensor fasciae latae is a good donor to transplant from the main body.
