目的探讨药流后阴道出血的原因及防治。方法对我门诊诊治药流后阴道出血107例,对其中94例清宫术后病例进行回顾性分析。结果94例清宫后病检或肉眼为绒毛、蜕膜或机化坏死蜕膜组织,不规范用药和有剖宫产或负压吸宫和药流史的清宫率明显增高。结论药物流产后出血的主要原因是绒毛、蜕膜或机化坏死蜕膜组织残留所致。建议:合理规范用药,出血超过14天者,结合B超检查,及时采取相应的治疗措施提供依据。
