摘要
文章针对具有模块化特性的大批量定制生产的产品配置问题,提出了一种以客户驱动为基础的扩展虚拟模块的广义产品配置模型。通过客户需求分析建立驱动参数映射模型,结合虚拟模块特性建立广义的客户驱动参数描述格式和模块特性参数开放式柔性编码规则,从而得出量化的数学描述形式,把产品配置问题转变为模块的定量组合优化问题。
<Abstrcat>This paper introduces a generalized product configuration model which is based on customer-driven development and is compatible with virtual modules for mass customization(MC) with modularization properties. By analyzing customer requirements,a parameter-mapping model based on customer orders is developed. And considering the characteristics of virtual modules,a generalized parameter description format is put forward and the institution of encoding regulation of module properties is discussed. Therefore,the product configuration problems are transformed into the quantified modular assembling optimization issue.
