摘要
介绍了一种新型的火力发电厂锅炉的送风自动控制系统,该系统根据烟气中CO和O2的体积分数联合控制送风量;在保留原有带氧量校正的送风控制系统的基础上,增加了CO模糊控制系统,以保证燃烧的经济性和安全性,弥补了仅根据氧量信号控制的不足;仿真研究表明该控制系统对燃烧控制是有效的。
<Abstrcat>A new air control system of boilers in power plants is presented. In the new system,the air amount is adjusted mainly according to O_2& CO incorporating monitoring. The original control system with oxygen correction is preserved,and a fuzzy controller of CO is designed to guarantee complete combustion and avoid inaccurate oxygen signal. Simulation of the designed air system is performed and the result proves the effectiveness of the fuzzy controller.
