摘要
在两种新型专用磨合油润滑条件下,对某型船用柴油机磨合过程中气缸套、活塞环的磨损失重和表面粗糙度这两个重要参量及摩擦系数随载荷、温度的变化规律进行了模拟试验研究,并与实际使用的普通CD40润滑油的试验结果进行了比较.研究结果表明,磨合过程中使用康胜专用磨合油可使摩擦副表面粗糙度快速下降,可有效地缩短出厂台架磨合试验的进程.而含金属陶瓷添加剂的CD40润滑油,在磨合过程中可显著减小摩擦副的磨损失重和摩擦系数,对避免磨合失效和提高内燃机的使用寿命是有益的.
Lubricated by two kinds of running-in lubrication, the simulation experiment of the wear and surface roughness evolution of cylinder and piston ring during running-in has been conducted. The effect of load and temperature as important factors on running-in process has been appreciated, and to compare with that of common CD40 lubricant. The research indicated that the roughness decreased rapidly by using KangSheng running-in lubrication, so the course of running-in can be shorten largely. The wear resistance and friction resistance became more capable as using ceramic metal lubricant additives lubrication, It is beneficial for avoiding running-in failure and increasing the life-time of engine.
