后路AF系统在胸腰椎骨折的应用

摘要 目的分析AF内固定系统治疗胸腰椎骨折脊髓损伤的疗效。方法采用AF钉治疗34例,胸椎16例,腰椎18例,不同程度的脊髓损伤30例。部分病例进行椎板切除减压。结果椎体前缘高度由50%恢复到术后90%,椎管狭窄指数术前平均2,术后平均0~1,术后神经功能恢复按Frankel标准,除A级6例无恢复外,其余28例均有不同程度的提高。结论AF钉复位内固定椎板切除减压是一种治疗胸腰椎骨折的有效方法。
