摘要
目的:研究皱瘤海鞘乙醇提取物的体外抗乙肝病毒作用,并推测其作用机理。方法:用血清进行抗HBsAg、HBeAg、Anti-HBs和Anti-HBe的试验研究。结果:当海鞘醇提物的浓度>0.05mg/ml时,对HBeAg有良好的抑制作用,其抑制程度的大小与浓度有关。通过海鞘醇提物对Anti-HBs、Anti-HBe的作用结果推测,海鞘中用于抗乙型肝炎病毒的成分大致可以分为两类:一类具有类似抗体样的结果,可以通过与抗原结合形成无感染力的复合物来清除病毒;另一类则在对抗原具有明显抵制作用的同时对抗体亦有一定的抑制作用。
Objective To study the anti-HBV effect in vitro of alco hol extract from Styela plicata Lesueur and estimate its function. Method s An assay system based on the sera of HBV infection and HBV clearance was used to assess its inhibitory effects on HBsAg, Anti-HBs and Anti-HBe. Re sults Alcohol extract from Styela plicata Lesueur had a definite inhibition on HBsAg when the concentration was over 4 mg/ml and a favorable inhibitory eff ect on HBeAg when the concentration was over 0.5 mg/ml. Conclusion Al cohol extract from Styela plicata Lesueur had the definite inhibitory effect on HBsAg and HBeAg from serum of Hepatitis B patients. The inhibitory effect had a relationship to the concentration. From the effects of alcohol extract on Anti-H Bs and Anti-HBe, we can estimate that there are about two kinds of anti-HBV comp ositions. One has the similar structure with the antibody, which can exterminate the HBV with the way of forming a uninfectious combination with the antigen. Th e other has a definite inhibitory effect on the antigen, and it also has some i nhibition effect on the antibody.
