肝炎冲剂抗鸭乙肝病毒作用的实验研究

Experimental study on inhibitory effect of Ganyan chongi on Duck Hepatitis B Virus

目的:研究肝炎冲剂对鸭乙型肝炎的抗病毒作用。方法:选1日龄北京雏鸭,人工感染鸭乙型肝炎病毒(DHBV)后随机分为5组:肝炎冲剂低、中、高3个剂量组,生理盐水灌胃空白对照组和无环鸟苷(ACV)治疗组。每组6只,各组雏鸭均灌胃14d。观察不同剂量肝炎冲剂抗DHBV的作用效果。结果:肝炎冲剂不同剂量组对DHBV均有一定的抑制作用,且其抗DHBV作用较为持久,停药后无反跳。结论:肝炎冲剂有抗鸭乙型肝炎病毒作用。

Objective To study the antiviral effect of Ganyan chon gji on duck hepatitis B virus (DHBV) in vivo. Methods 1-day old B eijing ducklings infected with DHBV were used as the hepatitis B animal model an d randomly divided into five groups: Ganyan chongji large-dose group, medium-dos e group, small-dose group, normal saline model group and acyclovir(ACV) control group. Every group had six ducklings, and was gastrogavaged for 14 day. The inhi bitory effects on DHBV of various doses of ganyan chongji were observed. R esults Inhibitory effects were shown in all the treated groups. The effect were rather persistent. No rebound phenomena were observed after withdrawal of m edication. Conclusion Ganyan chongji is efficient in treating duck he patitis B virus.
